It has been a bit over a year since we’ve kicked off the VBOUT and WSI partnership. We are extremely grateful for the amount of feedback and engagement we have received from the community. It has been a great partnership and a win win to everyone.

I wanted to take a minute to summarize the releases we have rolled out over the past few months, deeply influenced by the feedback of amazing marketers from the WSI family.

1. Deep integration with Zoom and GoToWebinar

VBOUT – Zoom and GoToWebinar seamless integration, allows event managers to sync webinar registrants from Zoom or GoToWebinar to VBOUT along with attendance activities and help turn event data into marketing data.

2. Contact management enhancement

Personalizing the contacts management and consolidating contact fields. This helps optimize lead generation and marketing data architecture.

3. Pipeline automation

With this great add-on, agencies can now create custom Kanban/Trello-like boards and fully bake them into our automation engine. This can be used for tasks assignment, social media moderation as well as lead pipeline automation.

4. Retargeting options inside the VBOUT visual automations, with Facebook audiences and Adwords

With VBOUT’s visual automation builder, we made it easy to sync contacts to a custom Facebook or Google audience based on specific engagement (ex: When a contact opens an email, add them to a retargeting campaign).

5. Chunk sending for email warmup and building up reputation

Chunk sending is a great way to break down your target lists into smaller subsets and mitigate your sending risk (spam, bounces, etc…) across a longer period of time

6. Campaign grouping for better asset management and easy campaign replications

Grouping campaigns allows agency managers to compile all campaign assets into one group and easily replicate that group across sub-accounts.

7. Canva integration

With VBOUT – Canva integration, you can create amazing visuals for you and your clients campaigns and use them in your emails, landing pages and social media posts.

8. WSI introductory plan

We have released a limited WSI intro plan, for new resident agencies, to help them launch their email marketing initiative. This plan includes email marketing, automation and landing pages.

9. Lead generation and marketing automation masterclass **launching end of September"

This is not a feature, but rather a great course to learn how to launch successful lead generation campaigns and how to become a marketing automation expert. This masterclass will be made available to WSI agencies soon.

On the direct support side, we launched managed services in partnership with Markarie to help WSI agencies launch lead generation funnels.

Pricing updates

The price update will only impact future accounts. Existing partners on the platform will still enjoy their current price:

  1. Bundle price $450, which includes 1 agency license and 3 sublicenses with unlimited features, unlimited contacts and 25,000 email sends monthly.
  2. Additional unlimited license for $150 or use the custom plan creator.
  3. Custom plan creator, a feature unique to VBOUT that lets you create custom licenses for your smaller clients starting from $5. You are not forced into the $150 per new client to onboard.
  4. Optional onboarding $1,500 – This comes with a personalized 10 hours of training and consulting, migration assistance, help with design creation and unlimited, amazing customer support.
  5. Whitelabel option with your own dashboard login for $500.
