Salesforce Renewal for Front App- First Notice

Updates about our cleaning processes
Dear RTR Customers,
In light of developments regarding COVID-19, we want to proactively provide additional transparency about our cleaning processes.
First, according to Harvard health, there is currently no evidence that COVID-19 can be transmitted from soft surfaces or carpets to humans. In addition, our cleaning agents and practices are designed to kill viruses such as the common cold and flu. While scientific information is still developing, we have no reason to believe that our processes are ineffective against COVID-19.
The teams in our fulfillment centers will continue to use a variety of techniques to ensure that each garment is thoroughly cleaned, steamed and pressed, inspected for quality and carefully packaged so it arrives ready to wear. All garments go through a wet or dry cleaning process. They also go through an additional steaming process which heats items to between 248 and 302 degrees F with the exception of faux fur, select outwear, leather and faux leather garments, which still go through our standard cleaning processes. According to the CDC, flu viruses are killed by heat above 167 degrees F. Every garment is then enclosed in plastic for protection and cleanliness, which we ask customers to return for recycling.
In addition, all of our reusable garment bags and accessories are thoroughly cleaned after every use. Sunglasses and jewelry are cleaned with alcohol, and handbags and accessories packaging are cleaned with disinfectant after they are returned to us.
Our customers have always been our number one priority. We will continue to monitor the data and recommendations from the CDC and WHO and updated our practices as needed. Please visit our FAQs for any additional questions.

Tuesday morning outage

Today at 7:15 AM Pacific Time, some Olark operators began reporting issues with using chat.olark.com to communicate with their customers. Our engineering team was able to resolve the majority of these issues approximately 45 minutes after the initial report.
Some operators continued experiencing intermittent problems with chat.olark.com until around 1PM Pacific Time. During this time, we were able to communicate some updates via email and twitter, and chat when we weren't at capacity.

It’s been a few years since f.lux for Windows got an update, but this new version is finally out of beta. We have a ton of new features and bugfixes to tell you about, and we hope you enjoy trying them out in the new version.
Big new cool stuff
- f.lux can go warmer than 3400K now, down to 2700K. Or even 1200K if you really want it to.
- Support for color profiles from a hardware calibrator
- Disable until morning, for late-night crunch mode
- A new "darkroom" mode, which inverts colors and gets very red
- A map to help you find your location
- If you have a laptop, f.lux gets warmer when your backlight dims, like an incandescent lamp

Regarding the recent Calendly outage

On May 10th and 11th, Calendly experienced service outages from around 12pm to 1pm EDT. Our systems—from the website to the app, including scheduling links and booking pages—were not operating at the capacity or with the quality expected, even failing to load for many customers and invitees.
As hard as this email is for us to write, it is even harder for your business to weather an outage of one of your software providers. We understand that you rely on us for a wide variety of mission-critical services and this type of disruption quickly erodes trust. For that, you have our sincere apologies.
